mmkjil Terms & Conditions
This page sets out the terms of service and gaming policies that players using the mmkjil platform must read and agree to.
1. Introduction and Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the mmkjil platform (https://mmkjil.bet) and its services, and any person ("player" or "you") who uses them. By accessing the website, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using mmkjil's services and close your account. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and will announce any changes on the website.

2. Account Registration and Management

Account Security

- Linking another person's bank account or payment method to your mmkjil account is not permitted.
- Having a third party operate your account is strictly prohibited.
- If suspicious activity is detected, mmkjil reserves the right to freeze and investigate the account.
Account Closure and Suspension
If a player violates these terms, mmkjil has the right to close the account without prior notice. If any activity is found to be fraudulent, funds may be forfeited and the account blocked. Players may also request account closure themselves through the support team.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
Players may only deposit through the payment methods provided by mmkjil, and bank payments will only be accepted from the player's own account bearing the same name.

Withdrawal Processing Hours
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, but the time may vary depending on banking hours, the amount being processed, or any verification checks required.
Financial Violations
- Activities suspected of money laundering may be investigated.
- If it is determined that a bonus is being misused with the intent to generate profit, the activity may be blocked.
- If a deposit is made using a third party's card or account, the transfer may be rejected and the account suspended.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
mmkjil bonuses are offered to help players enjoy genuine gameplay, and the following terms apply.
First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)
- A 200% bonus on the first deposit is offered, up to 300,000 Ks.
- The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any withdrawal can be made.
- Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total of 60,000 Ks. You must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Example — Deposit 320,000 Ks, receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a total of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- The bonus can only be claimed once per account.
- Transferring or sharing a bonus with another player is not allowed.
Cashback and VIP Tiers
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades are determined based on a player's gaming history and activity.
Refer a Friend Program
- A player who refers a friend will receive 5% of that friend's first deposit as a bonus (up to 20,000 Ks per referral).
- The referrer will receive a weekly commission of 0.3% of the valid bets placed by their referred friends.
- If this program is found to be abused, the funds may be blocked.
mmkjil reserves the right to change or stop any promotion at any time. The relevant promotion terms in effect at the time a player participates will continue to apply to that participation.
5. Gaming Rules
Fair Play
mmkjil uses SSL encryption and fair-play technology to protect players' funds and gaming history. Game results use a Random Number Generator (RNG), and mmkjil has no ability to pre-determine outcomes.
Prohibited Actions
- Intentionally seeking out and exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing errors is not allowed.
- Using bonus funds through arbitrage betting or hedging strategies is strictly prohibited.
- Using bots, auto-click software, or any automated tools is prohibited.
- Collusion between players to limit each other's losses is prohibited.
Technical Errors
If a game is disrupted due to a server error, connection loss, or software error, mmkjil will review the affected session and settle the bet fairly.
6. Personal Information and Data Protection
mmkjil stores and handles players' personal information in accordance with the rules set out in our Privacy Policy. Players' information will not be sold to third parties for any reason.
Players must ensure that their personal information remains accurate and complete from the date of account registration, and must notify us immediately of any changes.
7. Limitation of Liability

mmkjil is not responsible for the following —
- Losses caused by a player's connection failure or device malfunction
- Issues arising from incorrect account information
- Failures by third parties (ISP, bank)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, epidemic, etc.)
Service Guarantee
mmkjil provides its service on an "as-is" basis and cannot fully guarantee 24/7 website availability at all times. Players are considered to understand that the website may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods.
8. Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are not permitted in relation to mmkjil's services —
- Any form of financial fraud or scam
- Activities related to money laundering
- Hacking into other players' accounts
- Threatening or abusing mmkjil staff or the website
- Opening duplicate accounts with false information
- Direct transfers between players (transferring funds from one account to another)
- Using mmkjil's website as a reference to represent yourself as an mmkjil agent
If any of these prohibitions are violated, mmkjil reserves the right to immediately close the player's account and forfeit any remaining balance.
9. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between a player and mmkjil, the following steps must be followed —

You can first contact mmkjil's 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected] to report the issue and request a resolution. Our team will respond clearly in Myanmar language.
Step 2 — Formal Review
If the issue cannot be resolved through Live Chat, the player may submit a written request by email and mmkjil's management team will review and handle it.
The player must submit a claim within 30 days of the date the issue occurred; if this period is exceeded, it will be considered voluntarily waived. For decisions related to gameplay, only records obtained from the server log will be accepted as valid evidence.
10. Amendments and Temporary Suspensions
mmkjil reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and changes will be announced on the website. Players who continue to use the website after an announcement is made will be considered to have agreed to the updated terms.
mmkjil reserves the right to temporarily suspend website services for maintenance, security checks, or other legitimate reasons. During such suspensions, proper procedures are in place for games that are in progress.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining parts are confirmed to remain in effect.
